Come out and enjoy a wonderful day of golf while giving your support for the Mauli Ola Foundation and the Surf Experience Days they host for people who suffer from Cystic Fibrosis.

Special celebrity guests will be in attendance, awards, prizes, gifts, raffles, with lunch and dinner included in price.

Registration

Online Registration: Please click the appropriate link below to register online. When you register online, please add the team name, the name of all the players, your phone number and email address so I may contact you with any questions (provide this information in the “special instructions” section when you pay by credit card). We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Offline Registration: Register by contacting Steve Swanson (Lead Event Coordinator) at 714-369-5464 / by email at sswanson@mauliola.org / by faxing the complete “Flyer/Registration” form to 949-900-5539. Payment can either be check or cash. All checks made out to the Mauli Ola Foundation.
